Right means entitlement or power a person deserves. Human rights are the rights of human person which are said to be given by god or nature so no one has the right to violate human rights. Human rights are also defined as rights to claim in order to get remedy if violated. Human rights are inherent to every human person and these rights are entitled from birth and sometimes even before birth (eg. mother's womb).

2. Social Economic and Cultural rights/ Second Generation rights/ Equality rights
3. Collective rights/ Third generation rights
